Monthly Programming – $100/month
We offer training programs for cycling, triathlon, powerlifting, strength & conditioning, or any combination you would like! After an initial meeting (in-person or virtual, we could even go on a ride), the client will be provided with a personalized training program that will address their goals. The focus can anything from increasing performance, rehabilitating injuries, or just increasing overall health and fitness.
In-Person Personal Training Session – 60 minutes – $80
In-person 60 minute training sessions can be held either at the client’s home (added travel costs for visits outside Calgary city limits), or at The Strength Edge gym (location). These sessions, may be used as either a standalone session, or as part of a training program.
